This should come, of course, once the manager tells you the reason why this class is no longer on the schedule. I am sure there is a reason for it. Take-away: Honestly, if this class is a certified format of Beachbody, Les Mills, Pound, U-Jam and/or Zumba (pretty much these four are not holding the market of group classes), then it is super easy to find the instructor teaching in your area on their websites.

SHRIMP WITH SAUTEED SPINACH
3 tablespoons of vegetable oil
5-6 cherry tomatoes
3 cups of chopped spinach
1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
1/2 of small ginger (chopped)
Pinch of salt
White pepper powder
6oz of frozen shrimps, thawed and drained
1. Heat the oil in a large skillet, add tomatoes, spinach, ginger, garlic powder, salt, white pepper and stir-fry for 3-5 minutes.
2. Add the shrimp, stir until well combined, then cover and simmer over low heat for 5 minutes.
