As many of you know I have been working hard on creating my epic online fitness program “Get. Reinvented” to help people TRANSFORM their bodies and lives! Featured Question: How do I lose my belly fat?


Through regular physical activity and proper nutrition. A lot of times belly fat is the hardest to lose, especially in women. So usually when you are on the right track to losing weight a lot of times you see the pooch to go last. You need to target this area through functional abs routine both obliques and lower/upper abs.Eat right and curb your sweet tooth for a while until you get the belly under control. Physically and mentally! lol

Featured Question: Should I cut fat out my diet?


You should not cut fats from your diet. Your body has and needs fats for daily functioning and organs. Healthy fats. So when we speak of fats in your diet, make sure it is healthy fats you are consuming and not butter or margarine. A perfect example of healthy fats can be olive oil (vegetable oils), salmon (fish in general), nuts and seeds, hummus, avocado. Foods containing large amounts of saturated (unhealthy) fat include red meat, butter, cheese, and ice cream. So choose your FATS wisely!

Farmers Cheese Fluffy Cakes

0.6 lb farmers cheese (2% fat)
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon of honey
3 tablespoons of oats

Mix eggs, honey, farmers cheese, and oats until even consistency. Let it sit and settle for 10 minutes. Preheat the oven to 420 F. Take a muffin form, grease it with coconut oil (or olive oil) and bake for 20-30 minutes. Serve with fresh fruits, fruit compote, fat-free Greek Yogurt or honey. Enjoy!


My local exploration through the Bay Area continues and this month I ended up at a very cute, but sophisticated coffee shop in Saratoga – Sue’s Gallery. It is called “gallery” for a reason. Sue, the owner, is also a talented artist who creates clay pottery and displays/sells it in the cafe. The place offers an open space concept where the tall glass sliding windows/doors open up all the way to welcome you to the tranquility and coffee aroma. A generous veranda can easily fit a large party and two separate indoor rooms are well air conditioned to give you sanctuary during a hot summer day. 

Coffee is as sophisticated as this place!
